Buying + delivery
What do I actually get when I buy?
A digital template (Notion, PDF, Canva, or specified per product), a Welcome PDF with a quickstart, a video walkthrough (Loom), and a Wren-signed welcome email. Pro and Lifetime tiers add an editable Canva companion and longer support windows.
How fast is delivery?
Five minutes after checkout. The link comes by email and you'll also see it on the order confirmation page. If it hasn't arrived in an hour, check spam, then email Wren.
Can I re-download later?
Yes, for at least 12 months from purchase. Lifetime + Founding Patron tiers get permanent re-download access.
What formats?
Mostly Notion (most templates) and PDF (printable variants). Some include Canva-editable files (Pro tier and above). Spreadsheets are rare but exist for finance templates.
Do you sell physical products?
No. Everything is digital, delivered instantly.
Refunds
What's the refund policy?
30 days no questions for Solo / Pro / Lifetime / Power Bundle. 14 days for Founding Patron / Studio Bundle (because lifetime access starts immediately). See the full refund policy.
How do I get a refund?
Email wren@templatedrawer.com with your order number. Refund issued same day on weekdays. Bank takes 1-5 days to surface depending on your card.
Do I have to give a reason?
No. We read every reply because it helps us improve, but you don't owe us an explanation.
Founding Patron tier
What is it?
The first 50 people who buy lifetime access to every Template Drawer template ever published, plus one custom template build, plus Discord access, plus name on the patron wall. €499 one time. See the Patron page.
Why is it capped at 50?
Because at 50 slots the economics work: 50 patrons giving us €25K covers the first month of building, and the cap means we can deliver custom requests + Discord support without breaking. If 500 patrons signed up, we'd drown in custom requests.
What happens when 50 are sold?
The tier closes. Permanently. No "founding patron round two." The next high-tier offer would be different (probably more expensive, fewer perks).
How does the custom request work?
Submit a one-paragraph description after you join. We build inside 14 days. If three+ patrons want similar things, we may merge into a public template and credit you.
Templates + usage
Can I edit them?
Yes. They're meant to be edited to your situation. Notion templates are duplicated to your workspace and yours to modify.
Can I use them in my professional practice (coaching, therapy, freelance)?
For yourself: yes, on any tier. With clients / in an agency: depends on tier. Solo + Pro are personal use only; Lifetime + Founding Patron include single-practice commercial use; Studio Bundle includes agency / multi-practitioner use. See the License terms.
Can I resell the template?
No tier allows reselling the raw template. You can use the system to deliver services, but you can't redistribute the template file itself.
Is this medical / legal / clinical advice?
No. Template Drawer products are organizational workflow tools. They don't replace coaches, therapists, doctors, or lawyers. If your situation needs a credentialed professional, the template helps you stay organized while you work with them.

Operated by SIA Cyber Unicorn (Latvia), a sub-brand of SerpCtrl. Same team that's been building SEO tools for years.
Are the prices in EUR?
Yes. VAT applied at checkout based on your country (EU OSS scheme).
Affiliates
Can I become an affiliate?
Yes. 40% commission on individual products, 30% on Patron / Studio. 60-day cookie. Monthly payouts. Application at affiliate terms page, or email wren@templatedrawer.com.
