Terms of service

Welcome. By buying from or using templatedrawer.com (a brand of SIA Cyber Unicorn, Latvia, reg. 40203002129), you agree to the terms below. They're written to be readable. The serious clauses are flagged in bold.

1. Who you're buying from

The seller of record is SIA Cyber Unicorn, registered in Latvia under reg. no. 40203002129, EU VAT registered. Trading as "Template Drawer." A sub-brand of SerpCtrl.

2. What we sell

Digital templates (Notion, PDF, Canva, etc.) for organizational workflows. Each product page lists what's included. Template Drawer products are organizational tools, not clinical, therapeutic, legal, or medical advice. If your situation requires a credentialed professional, the template helps you stay organized while you work with them; it doesn't replace them.

3. Pricing and VAT

Prices in EUR. VAT is added at checkout based on your shipping country, in line with the EU OSS (One-Stop Shop) scheme. Latvia base VAT 21%. Buyers outside the EU may pay no VAT but may face local taxes / duties on delivery (digital usually exempt).

4. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe (and Shopify Payments where enabled). We never see your full card details. By placing an order you authorize the charge and confirm the billing address.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email and a download link within 5 minutes of payment clearance. You may re-download from your account for at least 12 months after purchase. If you don't receive your delivery within 1 hour, email wren@templatedrawer.com and we resend immediately.

6. Refunds

See the Refund policy for full terms. Short version: 30 days no questions for Solo / Pro / Lifetime / Power Bundle; 14 days for Founding Patron / Studio Bundle. Custom-built deliverables aren't refundable once delivered.

7. License to use templates

See the License terms. Short version: you can use what you buy in your own work; you can't redistribute or resell our templates as-is.

8. Accounts

You don't need an account to buy. You may create one to track orders + re-download. You're responsible for keeping your login safe. Tell us at wren@templatedrawer.com if it's compromised.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use Template Drawer products to break laws, harm people, or do anything that creates legal exposure for us. Don't try to attack the site, scrape it, or interfere with other buyers. Don't impersonate Wren / SerpCtrl / Cyber Unicorn.

10. Our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Latvian and EU law: Template Drawer products are provided "as is." We make no warranty that they'll fit your specific situation. Our total liability to you, for any matter arising from your use of our products or site, is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

EU consumer protections (defects, statutory warranties) are not affected by the above. If you're a consumer buying as a private individual in the EU, your statutory rights remain.

11. Intellectual property

Template content, the Template Drawer name, the Wren persona, and all related branding remain the property of SIA Cyber Unicorn. Your license under section 7 doesn't transfer ownership.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes get emailed to active customers + 30 days notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date = agreement to the updated terms.

14. Governing law + disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes that can't be resolved by email go to the Latvian courts (Riga). EU consumers may also bring claims under the laws of their country of residence per EU consumer law.
